Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tradify (the "Platform"), operated by Indify Trading House Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. What Tradify is — and what it is not

Tradify is a software platform providing market screening, data visualisation, analytics, strategy building, backtesting, alerting and automation infrastructure for Indian markets. Tradify is a tool, in the same category as a charting application or a spreadsheet.

Tradify is not an investment adviser, research analyst, broker, or portfolio manager. We are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in any advisory capacity, and nothing on the Platform — including screens, scores, heatmaps, zones, AI-generated strategies, alerts, or any other output — constitutes investment advice, a research report, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. All outputs are mechanical results of the rules, filters and parameters that you or the Platform's generic algorithms define. Every trading decision, and its consequences, is entirely yours.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. One account is intended for one individual; sharing credentials, reselling access, or operating multiple free accounts to evade plan limits may result in suspension or termination.

3. Market data

Market data displayed on the Platform is sourced from third-party providers and exchange-authorised channels. Refresh frequency varies by subscription tier, and data on some tiers is intentionally delayed. We do not warrant that any data is accurate, complete, timely, or uninterrupted. Exchanges, data vendors and network conditions are outside our control, and you should independently verify prices with your broker before acting on them.

4. Alerts, webhooks & automated execution

Alerts and webhooks transmit signals generated by your configured strategies. Where the Platform supports forwarding signals to third-party brokers, any resulting order is placed under your broker account, on your instructions, at your sole risk. You are responsible for the correctness of your strategy logic, your webhook endpoints, your broker API credentials and the configuration of any automation. We do not guarantee delivery, latency, or execution of any alert or webhook, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and your broker.

5. AI-generated content

The AI Strategy Builder converts your natural-language descriptions into strategy conditions on a best-effort basis. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or interpret your intent differently than you expected. The compiled conditions are displayed to you and are editable; it is your responsibility to review them before deploying, backtesting, or trading on them.

6. Backtesting

Backtest results are hypothetical, generated against historical data with modelled fills, slippage and charges. They do not represent actual trading, suffer from inherent limitations (including survivorship and look-ahead constraints of historical datasets), and past performance — simulated or real — does not guarantee future results.

7. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance as recurring subscriptions through our payment processor (Razorpay) on a monthly or yearly cycle. Prices are stated in INR and may change prospectively; existing subscriptions are charged at the price in force when the current cycle began. Taxes such as GST may apply. You may cancel at any time, which stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy below.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape, redistribute, resell or publicly rebroadcast Platform data or outputs; reverse-engineer, probe or disrupt the Platform; circumvent plan limits or access controls; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation; or upload content that infringes others' rights. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that threaten the integrity of the service, with notice where reasonably practicable.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform, its design, code, scores, models and content are the property of Indify Trading House Private Limited and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your personal trading workflow. Strategies you create remain yours; on paid tiers they are private to your account unless you explicitly publish them, and by publishing a strategy to any public area you grant us and other users a licence to display and use it within the Platform.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indify Trading House Private Limited and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform — including losses caused by data errors, delays, downtime, missed or duplicate alerts, webhook failures, or AI-generated strategy logic. In any event, our aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity, changes, termination

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified on the Platform or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Platform at any time; we may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-law provisions, the courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Indify Trading House Private Limited collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use Tradify, in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email address and phone number, provided when you register or subscribe. Billing data: subscription plan, billing cycle and payment status. Card/UPI details are collected and processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your full payment instrument details. Platform data: strategies, scans, alert configurations, webhook endpoints, and Telegram identifiers you connect for alert delivery. Technical data: log data, device/browser information, IP address, and authentication tokens (cookies or local tokens) required to keep you signed in and to secure the service.

2. How we use it

We use your data to operate the Platform (authentication, running your strategies, delivering alerts), to process payments and manage subscriptions, to provide support, to monitor abuse and enforce plan limits, to improve the product, and to send service communications. With your consent, we may send product updates; you can opt out of non-essential communication at any time.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your private strategies with other users or use them to trade. We do not access your broker account; where webhooks forward signals to a broker, the connection uses credentials and endpoints that you configure and control.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to run the Platform — payment processing (Razorpay), cloud hosting and infrastructure, communication channels you connect (e.g., Telegram for alert delivery) — and where required by law, regulation, or a valid request from a competent authority.

5. Security & retention

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed credentials, and token-based authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and you use the Platform with that understanding. We retain personal data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards as required for legal, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent for non-essential processing, by writing to [email protected]. Deleting your account removes your personal data subject to the retention obligations above. For grievances under applicable Indian law, the same address serves as the contact for our grievance officer. [⚠ name a specific grievance officer if/when required]

7. Children

The Platform is not directed at persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

Tradify is a digital service whose full value — live market data access, screening, analytics, AI strategy generation and alerting — is delivered immediately and continuously from the moment your subscription activates. Because the service cannot be "returned" once consumed, we do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rata reimbursements for unused time, partial billing periods, unused features, or dissatisfaction with results. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.

Try before you pay

This is exactly why the Free tier exists: it lets you explore the Platform, its interface and its modules with no card and no commitment before you ever pay. We encourage you to use it — and to start with a monthly plan rather than yearly if you are unsure — before committing to a subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops all future renewals; no further charges will be made, and your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Your strategies and saved scans remain on your account.

The only exceptions

We will refund: (a) duplicate or erroneous charges caused by a technical fault in our billing system or the payment gateway; and (b) any amount we are required to refund under applicable Indian law. To report a billing error, write to [email protected] within 7 days of the charge with your registered email and the transaction reference; verified errors are refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Trading losses, strategy performance, data delays, missed alerts, or changes in your personal circumstances are not grounds for refunds.

Risk Disclosure

Read this carefully before using Tradify alongside real capital.

1. Trading risk

Trading in equity, futures and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Derivatives are leveraged instruments: small market moves can produce losses that exceed your initial margin. Intraday trading amplifies these risks through speed, leverage and transaction costs. You should trade only with capital you can afford to lose. As per SEBI's own published study, the overwhelming majority of individual traders in the equity F&O segment incur net losses.

2. Tool risk

Tradify is software, and software fails. Data feeds can lag, drop ticks, or be wrong; servers can go down; alerts can be delayed, missed, or duplicated; webhooks can fail to deliver; AI-compiled strategies can contain logic you did not intend. Never build a trading process that assumes the Platform is infallible, and always maintain independent risk controls (stop-losses, position limits, broker-side safeguards) of your own.

3. Backtest risk

Hypothetical performance has inherent limitations. Backtests are constructed with hindsight, cannot fully model liquidity, slippage, or your own execution behaviour, and frequently overstate what a strategy would have earned in live markets. A profitable backtest is a hypothesis, not a promise.

4. No advice, no solicitation

Nothing on the Platform — screens, In-Play scores, heatmaps, zones, option-chain analytics, AI strategies, alerts, community-published strategies, or any communication from us — is investment advice, research, or a solicitation to trade. Indify Trading House Private Limited is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Strategies published by other users reflect their views alone. If you need advice, consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser.

5. Your responsibility

By using Tradify you confirm that you understand these risks, that all trading decisions are made independently by you, and that Indify Trading House Private Limited bears no responsibility for your trading results.
