Yes. Tradify runs on a live NSE feed sourced through authorised broker APIs. Paid plans refresh every 10 seconds to 1 minute depending on the plan; the free plan is delayed by 15 minutes or more. All times are IST, anchored to the 09:15 open.
The terminal is not. Heatmaps, scanners, AI-built strategies and alerts are analytics and automation tools — every strategy and every trade decision is yours. Signal Desk, launching soon, is a separate research service: specific alerts with strikes and stops, delivered as research and executed manually by you.
No. Describe your setup in plain English — "RSI oversold with a 2× volume spike" — and the AI strategy builder turns it into exact conditions. Everything it generates is shown to you and fully editable, so you always know what your scan is doing.
The trade terminal and options desk place orders through Dhan, and you can sign in with Angel One. Webhook auto-execution supports Shoonya and Kotak Neo, with signed payloads you can point at your own server or bot. Telegram and in-app alerts work whoever you trade with.
Yes. Strategies are evaluated on our servers on closed candles throughout market hours. Your machine being off, your browser closed or your internet dropping mid-session doesn’t matter — the alert still reaches your Telegram.
No. Use “Copy group to clipboard” on your old scan, paste the raw clause into Tradify and the AI converts it into a native strategy. Most scanners move over in about a minute.
Cancel anytime from your account. Starter and Pro bill through Razorpay subscriptions, and your access continues to the end of the period you paid for. Your strategies and saved scans stay on your account, exactly where you left them.
On every paid plan, completely. Your logic is visible only to your account unless you choose to publish a strategy to the community. The free plan supports public strategies only.
